1. Prepaid Shipment Thresholds

Prepaid freight is available based on order value and delivery region. Minimum order values (before tax):

Mississauga, Toronto, Brampton, Scarborough, Vaughan — $750
Ajax, Pickering, Oshawa, Whitby, Newmarket, Markham, Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton — $1,000
St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Kitchener, Guelph, Cambridge, Windsor, Sarnia, London — $1,500
Quebec, Maritimes, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Northern Ontario — $2,500 (exceptions may apply)

1.1 Items Not Eligible Toward Prepaid Minimums

The following may not qualify toward prepaid totals or courier shipment:

Items over 4 ft in length
Non-stock / special-order items
Major brand lamps and ballasts
Oversized items may not ship outside the Greater Toronto Area

1.2 Pricing Basis

All pricing is based on current inventory levels, tariff conditions, and other market factors. Pricing may change on new batches or re-orders.

2. Quotation Policy

Standard validity: All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.
Pricing conditions: All quoted pricing is based on current stock, tariff policy, and prevailing supply conditions at the time of issue.
Right to revise: Lumen Efficient Design Inc. reserves the right to modify or invalidate any quotation if underlying cost factors change or if inventory status shifts.
Order acceptance: Acceptance of any order—whether quoted or not—remains solely at the discretion of Lumen Efficient Design Inc. until formally confirmed.

3. Warranty, Breakage & Missing Items

3.1 Warranty

Warranty claims are reviewed case by case. Please contact our office with product details and supporting information.

3.2 Breakage & Missing Items

To ensure proper processing:

Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
Items must be in original packaging
Lumen Efficient Design does not cover damages caused by customer-arranged couriers
For prepaid shipments handled by our freight partners:
- Any visible damage must be noted on the courier waybill at delivery
- Claims are void if not recorded on the courier’s copy

4. Returns (Non-Warranty)

Returns due to ordering error or cancellation must be in original packaging and saleable condition
Special-order items may be non-returnable or subject to restocking fees
All returns are subject to the discretion of Lumen Efficient Design Inc. and evaluated individually

5. General Conditions

Policies may be updated without notice
Exceptions may apply based on product type, order size, or destination
Lumen Efficient Design Inc. reserves full discretion in all matters relating to pricing, quotations, order acceptance, and return eligibility
